“Garden Creations” camp is an opportunity for campers to use their imaginations and the Garden as inspiration as they design, plan and plant two new spaces: a Herb Garden and a Fairy Garden in the Children’s Garden Area. Campers will work together to bring these two spaces to life for all in the Garden community to enjoy. In addition, we will be tending to Garden beds, harvesting and creating recipes while preparing food from the garden. Campers will also learn about herbs and mindfulness, and the metaphorical connections between plant nature and human nature. We will spend time in our Imagination Area, engaging with our new musical installments. Each day will hold opportunities for art, physical activity and gardening.

El campamento “Garden Creations” es una oportunidad para que los campistas usen su imaginación y el jardín como inspiración mientras diseñan, planifican y plantan dos nuevos espacios: un jardín de hierbas y un jardín de hadas en el área del jardín infantil. Los campistas trabajarán juntos para darle vida a estos dos espacios para que todos en la comunidad Garden los disfruten. Además, cuidaremos los parterres del jardín, cosecharemos y crearemos recetas mientras preparamos comida del jardín. Los campistas también aprenderán sobre las hierbas y la atención plena, y las conexiones metafóricas entre la naturaleza vegetal y la naturaleza humana.
