Our “Culinary Arts and Garden” camp is an exciting new opportunity with our merged organization. The combination of Summit Community Gardens and EATS is what’s on the menu! We will explore the garden: tending our beds, weeding, harvesting, preparing food and cooking fresh garden produce. Seed to table experiences are at the heart of our combined organization. Campers will have an understanding of the food cycle through hands-on activities, learn about pioneering methods and the people who settled Utah, and engage in daily cooking opportunities with beautiful, fresh, seasonal produce. Each day holds opportunities for learning, physical activity, food prep, art and gardening.
