Farm to Fork
Growing Community Connections & Curious Kids
Tuesday, September 1st | 6 to 9 p.m. | Terrace at Pendry Park City
Farm to Fork is a joyous evening beneath the mountains that helps fund the magic happening in the garden and in classrooms across Summit County.
Join us for garden-inspired cocktails, seasonal bites, live music, mountain views, and a spirited auction, all showcased at the Pendry Park City Terrace. But the real reason to be here is what happens after Farm to Fork: kids getting their hands dirty, connecting with the land, tasting something new for the first time, and carrying that curiosity all the way home.
This year we're raising $50,000 to keep growing the impact of Summit Community Gardens and EATS – from Fruit to Schools and youth garden education in summer camps and schools.
This event sells out every year. Registration opens July 16.

"Experiential learning opportunities like SCG and EATS are so important for our students. This is the only time some are exposed to delicious and nutritious new foods." — Teacher, Trailside Elementary
“SCG-EATS fills a critical gap by introducing nutritional literacy at an age where dietary habits are first formed. By allowing students to touch, smell, and prepare their own food, they are breaking down barriers to trying new fruits and vegetables, fostering a lifetime of wellness.” — Melissa Tschabrun, Park City School District, Preschool Director
Liveliest Auction!
Private Cooking Class with Chef Susan Odell, Hosted by Mountain Town Olive Oil
Gather your friends for a memorable evening of fun, food and learning on Historic Main Street. We'll create a custom tasting menu for you that highlights the best of the fall harvest and serve each dish with a perfectly paired wine. We'll impart cooking wisdom and fun food facts along the way, and you'll discover how to use flavor-infused oils and vinegars to make every dish sing. Everyone will go home with a copy of the recipes, a special souvenir, and great memories of a festive and flavorful night.
Gourmet Dinner Party and Craft Cocktails with Helen Nadel, Brightie Huddleston and a Special Guest
Feast on a sumptuous four-course meal prepared in your home for your best (and most deserving) friends. Start the evening with a welcome cocktail from a surprise mixologist (yes, you already know him!) and then sit back and enjoy a seasonal feast based on a custom menu created to suit your preferences. Every detail will be taken care of to ensure an enjoyable, memorable evening for you and your guests, made even better because you've contributed to such a worthwhile and important cause. Bon appetit!
Birthday Party with Ms. Erica and Ms. Brightie
What better way to celebrate coming-of-age than with a fun, educational (you don't have to tell the kids that!), interactive birthday party? Summit Community Gardens - EATS’ educators Erica Snyder and Brightie Huddleston will host this seed-to-plate event in your home for up to 10 children. The prize also includes Earliest Bird Camp Registration so your little gardener will have the pick of the crop for summer camps in 2025.
And More!
You know him as Park City Community Foundation’s VP of Inclusion and Impact; however, at Farm to Fork 2026, Diego Zegarra will don his auctioneer hat to highlight a few very special food experiences in our live auction, all in the spirit of supporting Summit Community Gardens and EATS.
