Tupelo's kitchen has traveled far and wide to learn from small-scale producers, and this menu brings those stories home—smoked sockeye salmon, kimchi-braised farm greens, summer corn with lime and Tajín, and a passion fruit pavlova to finish. Much of what's on your plate is grown close by, sourced from local farms and Tupelo's own micro farm in Midway.
