Tupelo's kitchen has traveled far and wide to learn from small-scale producers, and this menu brings those stories home—smoked sockeye salmon, kimchi-braised farm greens, summer corn with lime and Tajín, and a passion fruit pavlova to finish. Much of what's on your plate is grown close by, sourced from local farms and Tupelo's own micro farm in Midway. Come savor peak summer under the open sky, surrounded by the mountains that make this place unforgettable.

Chef Bob Valiaka trained with Nobu Matsihisa of Nobu fame, and matches elevated technique with creative flair.
