Dinner in the Garden is a unique experience to picnic in the fresh air with friends and family, connect with community, listen to music, and relax. All proceeds benefit the Food Farmacy and our other food insecurity initiatives. Join us for Dinner in the Garden and help us make a concrete impact on hunger and health in Summit County.

Join Chef Matthew Harris and Tupelo Park City for an evening where global flavors meet mountain-grown roots, set in the heart of Summit Community Gardens. Tupelo's kitchen has traveled far and wide to learn from small-scale producers, and this menu brings those stories home—smoked sockeye salmon, kimchi-braised farm greens, summer corn with lime and Tajín, and a passion fruit pavlova to finish. Much of what's on your plate is grown close by, sourced from local farms and Tupelo's own micro farm in Midway. Come savor peak summer under the open sky, surrounded by the mountains that make this place unforgettable.

Inspired Shabu Fusion in the Garden

Join us for fabulous freestyle Asian cuisine at our Dinner in the Garden featuring Shabu. Chef Bob Valiaka trained with Nobu Matsihisa of Nobu fame, and matches elevated technique with creative flair. Special thanks to Shabu General Manager Kevin Valaika and his wife Heidi, Community Garden plot holders, for making this connection.
