Come enjoy the spectacular beauty of Summit Community Gardens and sample the fabulous flavors of local food artisans. It’s a unique experience to picnic in the community with friends and family, listen to music, relax outside, and sip an amazing drink. All proceeds benefit the Food Farmacy and our other food insecurity initiatives. Join us at a Dinner in the Garden and help us make a concrete impact on hunger and health in Summit County.

Registration is now open to members for our June dinners. July and August dinner registration will open in the month prior to each event.

Savor a creative twist, with something for everyone in this locally-sourced dinner, served family style. Local Whistling Springs trout with grapefruit and shallot vinaigrette and lemon basil pasta with marcona almonds are the headliners, with hearty, vegetable-forward sides like corn ‘ribs,’ roasted potatoes with smoked salt and pink peppercorns and beet salad with local greens to round out the meal. To top it off, enjoy olive oil cake with local sorbet and berries. Mint lemonade and flavored sparkling water, included with your ticket.
