Farm to Fork

Safe the Date for an Unforgettable Evening Beneath the Mountains!
Tuesday, September 1, 2026

Celebrate the powerful impact of Summit Community Gardens - EATS at our annual Farm to Fork event—an evening of joy, connection and purpose. Savor delicious food, live music, a garden-to-glass cocktail and other libations while taking in the breathtaking landscape from the Terrace at the Pendry Park City.

A fast-paced, lively auction funds our mission to increase access to fresh food, cultivate community belonging and help families raise healthier kids through food education.

Last year’s event sold out—secure your spot today and be part of something truly meaningful (and fun).

🌱 Can’t attend? You can still make a difference by buying an “appreciation ticket” to sponsor a nonprofit partner or community member.

Presenting Sponsor 2026

Pendry Park City’s generous support benefits programs like Fruit to Schools, Food Farmacy and Eat the Rainbow, and allows us to create community initiatives that foster a sense of belonging such as plot donations and La Milpa. Thank you, Pendry Park City, for supporting Summit Community Gardens - EATS and so many other nonprofits in Park City!

Our Impact, Their Words

“I love gardening here. Most Hispanic people in Park City live in apartments and don't have land. Growing food in this beautiful Garden makes me happy.”
~ Plot Renter, SCG-EATS

“Recently, my hours were cut due to the slow season. The outreach coordinators gave my daughter fruit and even shared large bags of fruit with our family. It is always appreciated because it gives us a way for our children to eat something healthy.”
~ Parent, Jeremy Ranch Elementary School

“Experiential learning opportunities like SCG and EATS are so important for our students. This is the only time some are exposed to delicious and nutritious new foods”
~ Teacher, Trailside Elementary

Live Auction!

Watch for live auction items to be added soon.

You know him as Park City Community Foundation’s VP of Inclusion and Impact, but at last year’s Farm to Fork, Diego Zegarra debuted as our incredible auctioneer! He’s back again to highlight a few very special food and garden experiences in our live auction, all in the spirit of supporting Summit Community Gardens - EATS.
