Garden Camp Counselor

We’re looking for an energetic and caring camp counselor to work with our Preschool students in a hands-on outdoor garden camp! If you love being outside, getting a little messy, and helping young kids explore, create, and grow—this is the job for you.

Each day includes leading simple lessons tied to weekly themes, digging in the garden with students, and jumping into fun activities like cooking and art projects. No two days are the same, and that’s part of the magic!

You’ll spend your days outside, so applicants should be excited about fresh air, sunshine, and a little dirt. We’re looking for someone self-motivated, takes initiative, and is happy to jump in wherever needed, from helping with activities to keeping things running smoothly with daily set-up and clean-up.

Pay: $16/hour
