The High Altitude Gardening 102 class is designed for students who would like to take the challenge of gardening at our high altitude a little further by extending their growing season. We will be exploring options such as use of a green house, cold frame, tunnels and row covers. Students will design and plan a new garden or learn how to rotate crops to enhance production and quality as well as create a growing calendar to plan when to start seedlings indoors, transplant and establish succession sowings.
