Get your zen on with this outdoor 60 minute traditional slow flow class. This gentle class will move you mindfully through a slower yoga flow in the midst of the community garden’s tranquility. Eventually you’ll ease your body into long held floor poses to find stillness and meditation shielded by the shade sails.
Please bring your own mat. As beautiful as the garden is, it’s also dusty. We’ll lay some yoga mats on the ground beneath your individual mats to protect them.
