The High Altitude Gardening 101 class is designed for students who are interested in and passionate about learning how to grow vegetables in a garden successfully, despite our short growing season and difficult climate. Learn tactics to growing vegetables in our high altitude mountain desert, how to feed and maintain healthy soil, water resourcefully and sustainably, and how to use the sun most efficiently. Students will also design their own garden plan for the upcoming season.
